The Inner Safety System is a guided 12-week programme built on everything I use in my private practice - nervous system education, somatic practices, parts work, and attachment science - structured into 7 modules with integration weeks built in so your nervous system has time to absorb what it's learning.
Each module builds on the last. You start by understanding why your body does what it does. From there, you go deeper - meeting the parts of you that have been running the show, learning to work with your nervous system instead of against it, and building the kind of safety in your body that changes how you feel, how you relate, and how you move through your life. By the end, you won't just understand your patterns - you'll have shifted them.

This program is not a replacement for therapy or crisis support. If you're currently in acute crisis, this isn't the right starting point - but I'm happy to chat and help you find the right support.

You'll never be put on the spot. The deeper work is private - you do it in your own workbook and through your own practice. The live calls are a space to learn, ask questions, and be in community. You're welcome to share, but there's zero pressure.
That's completely fine. This program is designed to meet you where you are. Everything is explained in plain language, and each module builds on the last so you're never thrown in the deep end.
The program covers the same framework I use in private coaching, but in a structured group format. If you want more personalised, one-on-one support, private coaching might be a better fit - or you can do both. We can talk about what's right for you on a call.
You're not. What you're feeling isn't a sign that something is wrong with you - it's a sign that your nervous system has been working overtime to protect you for a very long time. That's not brokenness. That's survival. And it can change.
Everything you've tried before has probably worked from the top down - understanding the pattern, analyzing it, willing yourself to change. This works from the bottom up - from your nervous system, your body, the place where the pattern actually lives. That's why the insight never turned into lasting change. It was the right information in the wrong place.
