WHAT THIS WORKSHOP IS
The anxiety, the anger, the shutdown, the people-pleasing, the numbing, the relationship patterns that won't change - these aren't separate problems. They're all expressions of one thing: a nervous system that learned to protect you a long time ago and hasn't stopped.
Inside you is a brilliant, powerful system that drives everything you feel, think, and do. Once you understand how it works, you stop feeling broken - and you start seeing that every confusing thing you do actually makes perfect sense. In this 3-hour workshop, you'll learn how your nervous system scans for safety, danger, and threat. You'll discover the different states it moves through - and recognize which ones you get stuck in. You'll map your own nervous system so you can see, for the first time, what's been driving you. And you'll leave with somatic practices you can start using straight away. For individuals, groups, and couples. You don't need to know anything about nervous systems - just bring your curiosity.

You'll know what your different states feel like, what triggers them, what stories you tell yourself from each one, and what helps you come back. This isn't theory - it's personal.

PRACTICAL DETAILS
We meet on Zoom for 3 hours, with a break in the middle. I teach, we talk, you practise. You'll receive a workbook to use during the workshop and keep afterwards. Available for individuals ($397), couples ($597), and groups (get in touch for rates). Scheduling is flexible - we find a time that works for you.

If you're in a group workshop, you'll never be put on the spot. The mapping work is private - you do it in your own workbook. You're welcome to share if you want to, but there's no pressure. This is a learning space, not a therapy group.
Perfect. This workshop is designed for people who are starting from scratch. I explain everything in plain language - no jargon, no prior knowledge needed.
No. This is education - you'll leave understanding how your nervous system works and with practices you can use on your own. If you want to go deeper into your personal patterns after the workshop, we can talk about private coaching.
