WHAT THIS WORK IS
Private coaching is one-on-one work that goes deeper than talk therapy - through a combination of conversation, education about what's actually happening in your nervous system, and guided moments where we slow down and pay attention to what your body is telling us.
If you're here, something brought you. Maybe it's anxiety that won't quit no matter what you do. Maybe it's the way you keep losing yourself in relationships, or the anger that comes out of nowhere, or the numbing at the end of every day. Maybe it's the way you play small - shrinking in conversations, swallowing what you actually think, never quite taking up the space you deserve. Maybe you can't even name it - you just know you're tired of feeling this way and nothing you've tried has made it stop.
You don't need a diagnosis or the right language to start this work. You just need to be done living like this. Understanding what's driving it is something we do together.
You stop reacting on autopilot.
The snap, the shutdown, the people-pleasing - you start catching it before it runs you. For the first time, you have a moment to choose what to do instead.
Your relationships start to feel different.
Not because you learned better communication scripts - because your nervous system stops hijacking you when things get close or hard. You stop disappearing. You start showing up.
You find your voice - and you actually use it.
Not a boundary you rehearsed and abandoned. Something that lives in your body. You start saying what you think, asking for what you need, and taking up space without apologising for it.

Not the version you built to keep everyone else comfortable. The one underneath - the one who's been waiting for it to be safe enough to come through.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We meet on Zoom, usually for 60 minutes. There's no script and no formula - every session is different because every nervous system is different. But here's the general shape of it.
Some sessions are mostly conversation. You tell me what's been happening — the fight with your partner, the anxiety that spiked at work, the thing you can't stop replaying. I listen for what your nervous system is doing underneath the story, and I help you see it too.
Some sessions are more education. I explain what's actually happening in your body and how your nervous system works — so that you see that you make sense. You just need to understand how to work with this brilliant system instead of against it to create lasting change. Most of my clients have never had anyone explain this to them - and the relief of finally understanding themselves is often the first thing that shifts.
And in every session, there are moments where we slow down. I'll guide you to notice what's happening in your body, and teach you science-backed tools and somatic practices to support your healing between sessions. This isn't meditation. It's paying attention, with someone alongside you, to the signals your body has been sending for years.
You don't need to prepare. You don't need to arrive with the right words. You just need to show up.


I used to beat myself up for the way I interacted with the world, and my physical health suffered because of it. Through her coaching, I gained clarity on how my body reacts to stress, and together we worked on ways to regulate myself. This work isn't a single session - it's a process. I typically recommend a minimum commitment so there's enough time for real shifts to take root, not just a good conversation. We'll talk about what that looks like for you on our intro call. Most clients meet weekly to start, and we adjust from there.
No. Some of my clients have done years of talk therapy, some have never seen anyone. This work meets you where you are. You don't need a backstory prepared or the right language - just a willingness to show up.
Even in the first session, you'll leave with something you can work with — a practice that will help you regulate your nervous system, a new understanding of your experience, or a new kind of noticing that you didn't have before. Those shifts lead to deeper changes that build over time. Every nervous system is unique, and we work at a pace that is right for you.
